Boxing 1:1 with Joey Valle
wow.. taking some 1:1 training is really showing me how inefficient I am with my form… learning a lot.. but it’s frustrating… I KNOW what to do.. it’s just a matter of getting my body to do what my brain wants it to… committing to practicing.. (even if it’s shadow boxing infront of a mirror) every day until my next session. learning so much. Better form, better mind, better fighter.. keep on doin’

Time to tweak
Hit a wall in terms of my fitness goals.. time to switch things up.
- Must not have more than 3 hours Muay Thai / Boxing / Running / Cardio a week - no more long runs
- Must lift heavy shit 1-2 times a week
- Must sleep more
- Must Meditate More
- Focus more on calming my inner stress… being happy.
